TAIC 架桥助剂
TAIC 作为架桥助剂以提高聚合体中对过氧化物的架桥效率。主要成份Triallyl isocyanurate、活性剂及硅酸盐之共混合物。在过氧化物架桥体系中添加适量的TAIC能增加硬度和定伸应力，减小在断裂时的伸长率，同時能改善压缩变形率。 EPDM、EVA、CPE、CSM、POE 与 FKM 的有效架桥助剂。
TAIC is used as a bridging agent to improve the bridging efficiency of peroxides in polymers. TAIC is an effective bridging agent for EPDM, EVA, CPE, CSM, POE and FKM. Adding an appropriate amount of TAIC to the peroxide bridging system shows the following physical properties:
- Increase hardness and constant elongation stress
- Reduce elongation at break
- Improve compression deformation rate

建議添加量 /DOSAGE
在普通橡胶中当架桥助剂时的用量 2.0～4.0Phr 在
EVA 发泡应用时的用量 0.4～1.0Phr
The dosage of bridging agent in ordinary rubber is 2.0 ～ 4.0Phr.
The dosage in EVA foaming application is 0.4~1.0Phr.
