对甲苯磺醯肼TSH为低温发泡剂，广泛应用在天然橡胶、合成橡胶及多种塑料制品之中，使橡塑料制品产生细微闭孔结构，泡孔结构均匀细密，制品的收缩率小，抗撕裂强度大。温度达到110度时开始逐渐分解，140度起开始发泡，发泡过程中产生的气体和分解残渣无毒、无臭、不污染。特别适合于制造闭孔泡沫塑料和海绵胶
TSH decomposes slowly at 110℃ and stays in melting, and decomposes rapidly at temperature between 145 to 150℃. As the decomposition temperature of TSH is as low as OBSH, it easily corresponds to the vulcanization condition of rubbers. HMT can produce open/closed cell sponge without discoloring in curing or on exposure to the light. Also it does not cause any strong odor in the rubber sponge compounds.
