NC 白发泡剂

白发泡剂为吸热型发泡剂，发泡过程不放热能，产生较细泡孔并且均化泡孔质量，促进泡孔成核，减低制品收缩率，缩短冷却时间。属于 微碱性，稳定性优异，发气温度集中，发泡剂之分解残余物对制品 不会产生色污现象。可避免单一使用 ADC 发泡剂等分解引起内部局 部过热导致的厚制品发黄变色的问题。适用于 PVC 皮革; PVC、TPR、PE、PS 射出发泡及异型押出

White Foaming Agent is an endothermic agent that does not require the use of any activator. 

Decomposition depends only on the heat supplied and the processing conditions, friction and 

pressure. The foaming decomposition is relatively mild and the decomposition product thereof is 

mainly CO2. 

Foaming Agent is white powder and its decomposition residue is also white which does not affect 

the color of the finishing product. As an environmental friendly product, Foaming Agent meets RoHS 

and REACH regulations. Widely applied in wall papers; PVC and PS profiles, sheets and blinds;  

PVC, TPR, HDPE and PP injection and extrusion shoe soles and sandals, etc.
